Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs. Develop tailored treatment plans based on the unique requirements of each individual.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure virtual platforms, adapting your approach to meet the specific preferences and therapeutic goals of clients.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and provide continuous support throughout the treatment process, ensuring they feel empowered and engaged.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment outcomes to monitor effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), based on evidence-based practices and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapy network serves individuals from different backgrounds and with unique circumstances, allowing you to apply your expertise in a broad spectrum of clinical scenarios.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connection with clients in a virtual format.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding in addressing clients' experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation remotely.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering telehealth services within a professional setting is a plus.

• Knowledge and application of various therapeutic techniques suitable for diverse populations.

• Prior experience in a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment will enhance your effectiveness as part of our network.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 based on caseload and experience.
