With a high school diploma (or equivalent), you'll receive supported RBT training and hands-on support from day one. This is your chance to launch a meaningful career helping children on the autism spectrum grow and thrive.

At Adventure ABA, LLC, we're looking for energetic, compassionate individuals to join our Phoenix team full time as Registered Behavior Technicians / Autism Therapists. If you love working with kids and want a job that feels both purposeful and fun, we'd love to meet you!

Pay: $18-$28 per hour

What You'll Do:

  • Work one-on-one with children and families to build communication and life skills

  • Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

  • Track progress through session notes and collaborate with your team

  • Celebrate every success-big or small!

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred)

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit on the floor for extended sessions

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 35 miles between sessions

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
