Job description

Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians - $500 sign on bonus!
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (full-time)
If you have experience working with children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and are looking to advance your career, we want you to be part of the SARRC team!

Your Role at SARRC
RBTs are an integral part of the SARRC team! You will spend your days connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, and communities using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Additionally, you will provide clinical administrative support to monitor and evaluate client progress.

Experience and Education Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One to three years of RBT experience working with individuals with ASD.
Pay Rate - $500 sign-on bonus for RBTs!
  • $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Transportation Requirement
Behavior Staff are required to have reliable transportation to/from clients with a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations).
Work Environment
Candidates must possess the physical ability to perform the following tasks consistently throughout the workday:
  • Prolonged Standing amp; Movement: Ability to stand, walk, and move dynamically around the classroom and playground for extended periods.
  • Lifting amp; Transferring: Ability to safely lift, position, and transfer moderate amounts of weight as needed, and assist in crisis management or transition support.
  • Bending, Squatting, Kneeling: Frequent ability to bend, squat, kneel, or sit on the floor to interact with children at their level.
