We’ll support your path to certification • Passion for working with children and helping others grow • 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred) • High school diploma or equivalent (required) • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required) • Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

Schedule & Hours • Part-time and full-time RBT positions available • Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed) • 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs

Pay & Perks • Hourly Pay Range: $23–$29/hour (based on experience and credentials)• Paid Training • Flexible scheduling • Paid time off (PTO) • License/certification support• Employee referral bonuses • Ongoing supervision and clinical growth
