Marketing Product Manager - New Product Development
We're looking for a driven Product Manager who thrives on leading cross-functional teams, bringing new products to life, and executing strategic go-to-market plans. What You'll Do
• Lead and manage product development projects for assigned product lines
• Create and execute product plans, timelines, budgets, and launch materials
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including messaging, sales tools, training, and sample kits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and milestones
• Interface with sales, brokers, and customers to gather insights and drive development
• Manage product lifecycle including forecasting, launches, and SKU rationalization
• Partner with pricing to ensure profitable growth and margin targets
• Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, PR, trade shows, and digital content
• Develop capital expense requests (CERs) and manage associated budgets
• Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments and present findings
• Create thought leadership content such as case studies, blog posts, and award submissions
• Ensure consistent brand application across materials and channels
• Work with engineering to support innovation and protect intellectual property
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product development best practices
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of product management experience in a B2B environment (plastics, packaging, or foodservice preferred)
• Experience with product development processes and stage-gate methodologies
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial and sales data

• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Oracle, Trello, and WordPress
