Mindful Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team in Bonita Springs, Florida. This position offers a salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This onsite position takes place in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, where a caring community of professionals is focused on patient-centered care. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Our physical therapists operate in a drug-free workplace and are required to comply with health and safety protocols, including vaccination requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient limitations and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual needs.
• Implement and adjust intervention strategies based on patient progress, providing ongoing education to patients and their families about the treatment process.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to discuss patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Supervise and mentor support staff including physical therapy aides and interns, ensuring the efficient operation of the department.
• Participate in community outreach programs and marketing initiatives aimed at promoting wellness and preventive care in the community.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and in-service training, adhering to the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

You will work primarily with orthopedic patients at various stages of rehabilitation, from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. Our diverse clientele includes children, adults, and seniors, each requiring a unique approach tailored to their specific needs. Utilizing a variety of techniques, you will play a pivotal role in guiding them towards achieving their functional goals and enhancing their quality of life.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Computer proficiency, particularly in electronic health records systems.

While a minimum of two years of experience as a physical therapist is required, candidates with additional specialized training or certifications in areas such as orthopedic rehabilitation, sports therapy, or geriatrics will be highly regarded. Experience in a team-oriented environment with a strong focus on patient care and customer service is also desirable.
