Full-Time Orthodontist Opportunity – Greater Little Rock, ArkansasJoin a Growing Multi-Practice Dental Team Serving Central Arkansas

MB2 Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Orthodontist to join four established general dentistry practices throughout the Greater Little Rock, Arkansas area. This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist who is looking to build a thriving orthodontic program within well-established, high-volume dental offices while enjoying the support, resources, and autonomy that MB2 Dental provides.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans for children, teens, and adults
  • Provide a full range of orthodontic services, including traditional braces and clear aligner therapy

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Orthodontic Residency Program
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthodontist preferred
  • Active Arkansas dental license or ability to obtain licensure
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward clinical excellence and long-term success, including:

  • Expected Compensation: $300,000-$375,000 per year
