Job description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Operator position in the Beaumont area.
Job Description:
Performs some office duties and answers the agency phone in a courteous and pleasant manner. This position answers the telephone and gives information to callers or routes calls to the appropriate staff.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent
  • Must have the ability to deal with the public in a courteous and professional manner
  • Must have computer experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Clean background and drug screen
