  • Advise on AI and automation platform selection, architecture, infrastructure, security, CI/CD, deployment patterns, observability, and supportability.
  • Develop reusable patterns for managed-service delivery, including multi-tenant design, client separation, permissions, logging, monitoring, and operational handoff.
  • Support external client consulting through discovery sessions, workflow mapping, solution design, demos, technical recommendations, and delivery support.
  • Create clear technical and operational documentation for automations, integrations, prompts, agents, APIs, testing procedures, and support workflows.
  • Collaborate with leadership, IT, service teams, sales, and client stakeholders to shape practical AI and automation service offerings.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, solutions architecture, or a similar technical role.

  • Practical experience building with AI, LLM, or agentic platforms, including commercial AI APIs, cloud AI services, model orchestration tools, or comparable technologies.
  • Ability to design secure, testable, maintainable automations across business systems and operational workflows.
  • Strong written documentation skills and the ability to translate business processes into technical requirements and implementation plans.
  • Strong communication skills for working with both internal technical teams and external client stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with RPA, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code integration platforms.
  • Experience with containers, orchestration platforms, relational databases, cloud hosting, infrastructure-as-code, or modern application deployment patterns.
  • Experience in a managed service provider, multi-tenant SaaS, or client-service delivery environment.
  • Experience with workflow discovery, process mapping, business analysis, technical consulting, or pre-sales solution design.
