• Document solutions and explain them clearly to end users
• Test, refine, and improve solutions based on feedback

• Creating workflows that track tasks and trigger reminders
• Building internal assistants that help teams find information faster

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, or SharePoint
• Interest in automation, AI, and process improvement

Helpful but Not Required

• Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or workflow platforms
• Basic understanding of databases or data concepts

Training & Support

You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real project experience. The goal is to quickly develop your ability to independently design and deliver automation solutions.

Tools & Environment

Compensation Range: $55K - $65K
