ValueTec Appraisal Services, a locally owned and established Residential Real Estate Appraisal firm located in Williamston, Michigan, is currently seeking a qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist.

We are looking for a dependable team member who possesses a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting the appraisal process by gathering and entering property information, maintaining files, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and obtain public records, property information, and real-time real estate data from various online and local sources.
