Location: Haltom City Texas

Position Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with experience in personal lines insurance, specifically homeowners and auto insurance. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and enjoys building relationships while providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with home and auto insurance
  • Experience working for an independent insurance agency is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to quote, issue, and service personal lines policies
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with new home and auto insurance quotes
  • Review clients' coverage and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
  • Answer client questions and provide exceptional customer service
  • Follow up on quotes and policy renewals
  • Work with multiple insurance carriers to find the best coverage and pricing
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
