About Flint, Mich.
The Flint community's vibrant downtown offers a nationally recognized Farmers' Market; restored historical theater; restaurants, clubs, breweries, coffee and gift shops; live music; special events such as "Back to the Bricks" classic car cruise and the world-class Crim Festival of Races; and a cultural center with art exhibits, film festivals, art walks, planetarium, live theater, discovery museum, institutes of music and art, repertory theater, library and gardens. City kayaking and bike trails are easily accessible, as are winter ice-skating, children's museum and a public golf course. The Flint City Bucks soccer team, from USL League Two, plays home games at Atwood Stadium, one block from the hospital.
Flint's mid-Michigan location is minutes from hiking trails, swimming, fishing, hunting, ski hills, cider mills, pumpkin patches, dairy farms, antiquing, movie theaters, shopping, golf courses, dog parks, off-roading park, horseback riding, and mountain biking; and - for day trips - about an hour's drive from popular restaurants, museums, theaters, sports, and other adventures in Detroit, Ann Arbor, and East Lansing.
To refresh on long weekends, explore Michigan's natural wonders, such as 5 Great Lakes, sand dunes, beach towns, lighthouses, golf courses, lakes, bike trails, camping, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, birding, zip-lining, ropes-course challenges, boating, swimming, foodie explorations, vineyard tours, concerts, ice cream, haunted Halloween houses, zoos, and other agritourism. Indoor water parks and high-end shopping also are popular. For away destinations, air travel is super smooth from Flint's Bishop International Airport, which is a ten-minute drive from the hospital.
Hurley Medical Center is an equal opportunity employer.
Work environment

Across the street from Hurley Medical Center, just past Hurley's outdoor fitness trail, is Atwood Stadium, where the Flint City Bucks soccer team plays home games.
?
