Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy by managing the comprehensive therapeutic process for your assigned patient group.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to inform the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans focusing on functional improvement and goal achievement.
  • Administer and monitor physical therapy interventions aligned with physician recommendations while ensuring adherence to the ethical guidelines established in your professional practice.
  • Analyze and evaluate patients' therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status, actively participating in creating an inclusive care plan that addresses patient needs.
  • Provide skilled therapy and rehabilitative services, both in-facility and at patients’ homes, following the protocols designed to produce measurable improvements in condition and functionality.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, exercises, and the use of therapeutic appliances or prosthetic devices to enhance recovery outside therapy sessions.
  • Manage your caseload by prioritizing daily tasks, determining staffing needs, and coordinating patient assignments effectively.

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior clinical experience is not a requirement but is regarded as an asset.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of current evidence-based practice approaches and rehabilitation methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.
Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, we offer a robust benefits package designed to enrich your professional and personal life.
