  • Review and interpret course enrollment, retention, and progression data to inform program planning, course scheduling, and resource allocation for the program.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools and dashboards to monitor enrollment trends, student outcomes, and key performance indicators aligned with program and college goals.
  • Serve as the program liaison to key university offices, including the Office of Student Financial Aid, the Office of the Registrar, and Student Disability Services, to ensure coordinated support for BSPS students.

Academic Standards and Curricular Policies
Administer and continuously improve academic standards, policies, and procedures for the BSPS program to support student success, academic integrity, and program quality.
  • Oversee the implementation and consistent application of BSPS program policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with collegiate and university standards.
  • Monitor the academic progression of BSPS students, identifying trends and risk factors that may impact retention and timely degree completion.
  • Evaluate and make determinations on student requests for exceptions to curricular requirements (e.g., substitutions, waivers, progression adjustments) based on established criteria and policy guidance.

Academic Program Management
Oversee planning and execution of BSPS program events aligned with student engagement and program goals.
  • Coordinate commencement activities in collaboration with the OPE team.
  • Manage student awards and recognition programs.
  • Plan and execute career-focused events.
