What are fulltime designers?

Fulltime designers are creative professionals who work on a permanent, salaried basis for a company or organization, rather than as freelancers or on short-term contracts. They are responsible for developing visual concepts and designs across various mediums, such as digital, print, or product design, depending on the industry. Fulltime designers typically work as part of a creative team, collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent branding and effective communication through visual elements. Their roles may include tasks like creating graphics, layouts, user interfaces, and marketing materials.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Fulltime Designer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Fulltime Designer, you need strong visual design skills, proficiency in design principles, and typically a degree in graphic or visual design. Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch is essential, along with knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
