Summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital seeks aCreative Marketing Managerto support throughput for all marketing projects. TheCreative Marketing Manageris the glue that holds the Communications & External Relations team together and the navigator that keeps us on course. As an integral member of a creative team, this critical staff member will plan, organize, and oversee the hundreds of projects that flow through the department annually. Working onsiteinour Grand Rapids Campus with colleagues and external vendors,this rolewill promote teamwork between participants,maintainschedules and review projects to ensure budget, scope and creative quality are efficiently achieved.Must be highly detailed oriented and service driven, finding joy serving the needs and growth of the Mary Free Bed System.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Take a forward-thinking approachto creative project management byanticipatingchallenges,identifyingopportunitiesand aligning marketing efforts with long-term organizational goals.

  • Develop innovative strategiesto improve the reach and impact of marketing assets, ensuring they are effectivelyleveragedacross multiple platforms and campaigns.

  • Maintain a big-picture perspective, ensuring projects not only meet immediateobjectivesbut also contribute to broader brand and business goals.

  • Oversee and drive the full lifecycleof creative projects, from intake and strategy development to execution,deliveryand performance analysis.

  • Ensure projects stay on track, on time and on budgetby effectively managing timelines,prioritiesand resources.

  • Act asa central pointof contactbetween marketing, creative,digitaland external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all teams.

Essential Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant work experience

  • 3-5 years of experienceas a project manager, preferably working with high-volume creative teams

  • Creative thinker and inventive problem solver

  • Strong writing and proofreading skills

  • Knowledgeable aboutmarketing tools includingprint,videoand digital

  • Ability to organize assets and recall information from our asset library and archives.

  • Confidence in speaking to, and gathering information from, patients, clinicians, and team members across the Mary Free BedSystem
