Our compensation plan includes a base salary, ramp-up support, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and other exciting incentives.

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

  • Year 1 OTE: $75K–$90K
  • Typical OTE After Ramp: $150K–$250K+
  • Top Performers: Exceed $300K+ annually

Training & Ramp-Up

We offer a 1.5-year ramp-up program designed to help you build a client base, master product knowledge, and develop your sales pipeline. You’ll receive continuous training, coaching, and support from our leadership team every step of the way.


What You’ll Do

As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Present AV solutions to senior executives and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and deliver custom proposals.
  • Partner with engineers, estimators, and support teams to build winning bids.
  • Manage your accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Consistently exceed sales goals in a high-performance environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking driven, people-focused professionals with:

  • Experience selling Business to Business.
  • A desire to work in person in a full-time, in-office environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential.
  • Strong organizational and CRM, MS Office, and LinkedIn skills.
  • A passion for learning, technology, and customer success.
  • A proven ability to generate leads and close business within 90 days.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior sales experience in audiovisual (AV), IT, security, or B2B technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with clients in education, corporate offices, government, or healthcare sectors.

In a typical office setting, the employee will communicate and engage with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental conditions. Although the role mainly takes place indoors, there might be occasional exposure to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, and environmental factors.
