Job description

Chemical Mixing Operator

Chagrin Falls, OH

1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM, Monday - Friday, Occasional Overtime and Weekends Required


The Chemical Mixing Operator supports chemical manufacturing operations by safely mixing, processing, and packaging products according to established procedures. This role ensures product quality through accurate execution, inspection, and documentation. The position works closely with operations and quality teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify raw materials by correct weight, type, and batch/lot number
  • Operate mixing equipment following approved work instructions
  • Monitor process parameters and collect product samples
  • Record production data to meet traceability and compliance requirements
  • Package finished products according to documented specifications
  • Perform visual and quality inspections against defined standards
  • Identify and report labeling or specification discrepancies
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while following EHS procedures


Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years as a Production Operator or 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and follow work orders, safety rules, and quality procedures
  • Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and available for shift work


Preferred Requirements

  • Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to communicate basic information in English
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.


The salary for this role is $26.00 per hour.
