Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers find products, answer questions, and inform them about upcoming promotions, color tag discounts, and the VIP program.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet store goals and promote exceptional customer service.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, assisting with product locations, and contributing to a positive shopping experience using the 10-foot rule.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system to accurately ring up all sales, provide correct changes, and reconcile cash.
  • Monitor customer flow, address line backups promptly, and assist in various roles during peak times to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area, sales floor, and public spaces, including dressing rooms and restrooms.
  • Utilize the intercom in a professional manner.
  • Supervise dressing rooms by assisting customers, enforcing rules, and inspecting rooms after use.
  • Retrieve merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; handle special orders as needed.
  • Report any customer complaints, equipment issues, safety hazards, or suspicious activities to management.
  • Restock and reorganize merchandise, including returns and unmarked items, and move garments from the production floor to sales racks.
  • Adhere to all policies, operating procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a reliable and punctual attendance record.
  • Support daily store operations, including occasional janitorial duties, seasonal merchandising, and other tasks assigned by management.

When processing customer purchases, announce the prices, total amount, confirm payment, and thank the customer.
