The organization provides a wide range of integrated services, including psychiatry, primary care, behavioral health counseling, substance use treatment, and wellness programs, fostering a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care that supports both patients and providers.

Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join its expanding behavioral health team in New Haven, CT.

This full-time, permanent position offers a balanced schedule with outpatient-focused responsibilities and limited call coverage. The psychiatrist will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of clinicians, including nurse practitioners, therapists, and case managers, to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and collegial environment.

Essential Position Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
Experience: Prior clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
