The Opportunity: What You Will Do 

This role is centered on managing all administrative and client service aspects of a busy plaintiff personal injury caseload, with ample support from sharp, well-trained staff.

  • Caseload Management: Oversee and manage a high volume of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Client Advocacy & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns with compassion and patience.
  • Documentation & Evidence: Gather and organize case-related documents, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance information. Request, review, and document evidence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain detailed and accurate case files in the firm's case management system. Assist attorneys with the preparation of legal documents, such as demand letters.
  • Office Support: Organize, scan, and file mail, email, and fax correspondence. Provide support to the phone-answering team, fielding and transferring calls, and taking accurate messages. Schedule and facilitate client appointments and calls with attorneys.
