Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Infrastructure issues that are escalated via tickets/service requests.
• Build, deploy and support clients, servers and associated peripherals in the production environment.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
• Enforce strict configuration policies for all related infrastructure products.
• Support software applications related to infrastructure products.
Qualifications:
Required:
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
