Position Summary:
The Cabinet Installer is responsible for accurately installing custom millwork based on shop drawings and site conditions. This role involves cutting materials, assembling components, and resolving issues such as machining errors or unclear instructions, using both hand and power tools.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform all cabinet installations, with the ability to reason and to understand and carry out written, illustrated or oral instructions.
  • Examine installation site and study shop drawings and/or blueprints to determine specifications, instructions, materials, dimensions, position, tools and assembly methods as required.
  • Load and unload supplies, tools and/or equipment.
  • Cut materials and components to size, using power saws or hand saws.
  • Join component parts together or attaches components to structure or building, using screws bolts, nails and hand tools and power tools.
  • Have strong ability to solve problems regarding machining mistakes, unclear shop drawings, etc.

  • Cabinetry certification and/or three + years' experience in related field.
  • You’re a natural self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do—you jump in
  • Knowledge of carpentry/construction industry, including processes, procedures, equipment, tools and machinery; experience in Millwork/Casework installation, strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the safe operation of basic hand and power tools and millwork tools such as router, table saw, files, chop saw, sander etc.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, a good driving record and have the ability to travel nationally if needed.
  • Own identified tools and/or have the ability to obtain tools as required.

Job Details
  • 💰 Salary: $28.00 - $34.00 Hourly, commensurate with experience.
  • Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Typically, 7:00am – 3:30pm. Varies - based on business need.  Overtime required as needed.
