Position Summary
Budget Blinds of Midland & Odessa is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for professionally installing custom window treatments in residential and commercial settings while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools, able to problem solve in the field, and capable of managing time efficiently throughout the day.
Responsibilities
  • Install custom window treatments including:
    • Blinds
    • Roller shades
    • Roman shades
    • Woven woods
    • Shutters
    • Motorized shades
    • Drapery hardware and treatments
  • Measure and verify installation areas
  • Safely use ladders, drills, and installation tools
  • Troubleshoot and adjust products during installation
  • Maintain clean and organized installation vehicle and tools
  • Communicate professionally with customers in their homes and businesses
  • Manage installation schedules and complete jobs efficiently
  • Work alongside sales staff and office team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle products carefully to avoid damages
