  • Partner with equipment and integration teams to improve yield, cost, productivity, and process stability
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS or MS degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • 2+ years of direct vapor etch process experience in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Experience owning semiconductor manufacturing processes in a high-volume production environment
  • Hands-on experience with vapor etch equipment and process optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using manufacturing data to drive decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of vapor-phase reaction mechanisms, including HF vapor chemistry
  • Experience with TEL, Applied Materials, or Lam Research vapor etch platforms
  • Proven success resolving defectivity, chamber matching, and process stability challenges
  • Familiarity with DRAM process integration and advanced semiconductor manufacturing
  • Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
