Job Description

We have identified an opportunity for a Production Intake Program Manager to join us to support one of our largest global pharma clients.  

This role primarily focuses onproject management, with some client account management. The position supports client relationships through regular communication via Adobe Workfront and coordination while overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes. 

The role will report into the Director of Project Management and works together with the regional service layer, onsite teams and origination/adaptation hubs to support our client across multiple brands delivering on their creative production needs. 

This is a critical and high-volume role that will require the Production Intake Program Manager to have strong creative production delivery experience, with a US pharma industry background across TVC shoots, post-production, digital, print and social content creation. 

Strong knowledge of the creative and production processes, understanding of key timings for inputs as well as being able to mitigate risks, solve problems and deliver on brand consistency by being aware and collaborating with regional teams is essential.

  Responsibilities

The Production Intake Program Manager will be responsible for: 

  • Oversight and routing of all local/regional production work for the Categories/Brands they are assigned to 

  • Serve as production point of contact for Brand teams & agencies (Creative & Media), ensuring needs are addressed 

  • Serve as internal point of contact on all regional-based production work, supported by PM's/Producers who will manage the day-to-day delivery of work 

  • Serve as production escalation point for all regional work 

  • Work closely with production teams in the respective region for all global work and local work 

Qualifications

The Production Intake Program Manager will be responsible for a specific therapeutic area, and should possess the following:  

  • Up to 8 years of agency Account Management and/or Project Management in a creative or production agency environment. 

  • Expertise in Healthcare/Pharma advertising/marketing production, at least 1 year 

  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory process and/or Veeva PromoMats 

  • Strong communications skills - both written and verbal 

  • Proficiency with Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Office tools 

  • Experience in managing/producing omnichannel marketing tactics 

Additional InformationTransparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
