Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

ResolveSoft, Inc. is seeking a Web Content Specialist to support the U.S. Government. This is a Key Personnel role responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing content for internal and external websites, SharePoint environments, and online communications platforms. The WCS will also develop and deliver Computer-Based Training (CBT) programs in compliance with federal Section 508 accessibility standards. This position is contingent upon contract award.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•      Develop and implement content on internal and external websites; create and acquire content for SharePoint and online communications platforms.

•      Design, configure, and maintain the Folio Views system; ensure all websites remain current, accessible, and properly linked.

•      Create web page layouts, color schemes, graphics, and site infrastructure consistent with government standards.

•      Integrate the work of writers and designers to produce final layouts compliant with federal and OWCP standards.

•      Build new websites and modify existing ones as required; ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance on all pages.

•      Apply instructional design and CBT principles to develop training materials including user guides, CBT modules, reference guides, and system documentation.

•      Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and timeliness.

•      Manage and administer SharePoint environments as needed; support Power Automate workflows.

•      Maintain site security, user access controls, and content review cycles.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•      5+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on web content development and management.

•      Proficiency in HTML, HTML5, XHTML, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

•      Experience with Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic form creation tools.

•      Experience with Folio Views or a comparable content management system.

•      Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and compliance practices.

•      Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and PIV card (NACI).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•      CBT/eLearning content development experience for federal agencies.

•      SharePoint administration and Power Automate experience.

•      Familiarity with government website environments.

•      Graphic design skills and experience with visual layout for government websites.

•      Experience with instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).

SECURITY / BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION

Public Trust (NACI). Must be eligible to obtain a federal PIV badge. U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
