As a Wealth Advisor, your service-oriented nature and impeccable attention to detail are key in this position, as well as in collaborating with your Lead Advisor, fellow Wealth Advisors, and Advisor Associates. Interacting with high-net-worth individuals, executives, business owners, and families, you’re confident being yourself and possess a high emotional IQ. You’re articulate, polished, and have an aptitude for financial vernacular. Extremely analytical and a great listener, you will master data gathering, drafting goals, and creating financial plans that speak to the clients in “their” language. Day-to-Day as a Wealth Advisor:

  • Work with an extremely high-performing & growth-oriented team. 
  • Provide technical financial support to clients and Lead Advisors
  • Deliver family office/private client/integrated wealth/emerging wealth service model to up to 100 households
  • Receive support from a dedicated full-time Wealth Advisory Associate and operations team to meet client service and practice management needs.
  • Some focus on weekly business development/referrals
  • Manage ongoing client service while taking on new clients
  • Speak your mind, have your voice heard, innovate and streamline existing processes, and enjoy coming to work each day
  • Grow yourself personally and professionally with the support of your team and leadership
  • Be financially rewarded for putting in the hard work

What You Bring as a Wealth Advisor:

  • 5+ years’ proven experience as an advisor in wealth management
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Must have a valid and active CFP or CFA designation
  • Experience working within the Schwab Advisor Network (SAN) and Fidelity Wealthscape (WAS).
  • Experience delivering holistic, comprehensive wealth-planning solutions for clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to begin taking on clients immediately
  • Proficient with the full MS Office Suite; ability to create complex and impactful presentations/analysis 
  • Familiar with Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, Salesforce, MoneyGuide, E-Money, Tamarac AdvisorView, Holistiplan, and Hidden Levers
  • Outstanding ability to communicate, present, and influence your team and clients
  • A sincere desire to make a difference not only in your client's lives but in the world, demonstrated through your own volunteer journey

Job Type: Full-time, salaried exempt

Location: This position requires working in the office five days per week, primarily from our Newport Beach office, with frequent travel to our San Diego office.

Salary: $130,000 annual base salary; $70,000 - $130,000+ estimated annual bonus paid in quarterly increments


This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future to maintain employment authorization.
