We are seeking a skilled Bilingual (Spanish/English) Plumbing Technician with experience in water heater installation and replacement. This is a full-time, year-round, performance-based position with earning potential of $60,000-$85,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Install, replace, and service tank and tankless water heaters
  • Diagnosing and troubleshoot water heater issues and plumbing systems
  • Perform safe removal and disposal of old units
  • Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and safety standards
  • Communicate clearly with customers in both English and Spanish, explaining services, pricing, and recommendations
  • Provide accurate estimates and document completed work
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working conditions
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
  • Identify additional service opportunities when appropriate

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL Service Plumbing experience.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Water heater service and replacement experience.
  • A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
  • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.
