The Role

As our Repair Processor, you'll be the engine behind our service department. Working closely with our bench jeweler, you'll manage repairs and custom projects from intake to delivery - making sure every piece that leaves our shop is something we're proud of.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and prioritize jewelry repairs and re-imagination work with the bench jeweler and contracted services
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on repairs, supporting the sales team, store manager, and clients with estimates and consultations
  • Perform on-the-spot repairs when possible - watch battery replacements, minor fixes, and more
  • Catalog, inventory, and securely track all items throughout the repair process
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on every completed piece before client delivery
  • Evaluate incoming inventory, trade-ins, and pre-owned jewelry
  • Keep repair supplies stocked and maintain accurate repair reports
  • Support store operations and step in as backup for the sales team when needed

What You Bring

  • Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP), GIA Graduate Gemologist, or Graduate Diamonds Certification - required- will will support you getting there.
  • 3+ years of experience in jewelry repairs, estimation, and gemology
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of precious stones, metals, and current jewelry trends
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Strong communicator who works well in a team environment
  • Ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay cool under pressure
  • High school diploma, GED, or vocational/technical degree
