Job description

Bigfoot Beverages has immediate openings for Night Loaders! Whether you have warehouse experience or you're looking to build valuable skills in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

As a Night Loader, you'll play a critical role in preparing customer orders for delivery across our Oregon territory. Using our voice-picking system and warehouse equipment, you'll accurately build pallets, organize loads, and help ensure our drivers are ready to hit the road each morning.

Success in this role means working efficiently while putting safety first. You'll use proper stacking techniques, inspect every load for stability, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse so every order leaves the building ready for delivery.

If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in a job that's essential to our daily success, this could be the opportunity for you. Join Bigfoot Beverages and help keep Oregon stocked with the brands people love.

What "doing it right" looks like for our loaders:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Build product loads for delivery, transport, vending, fountain, and beer trucks. Utilize pick system to maneuver electronic pallet jack through the warehouse and retrieve appropriate product.

2. Maintain stability of loaded pallets and carts through proper stacking techniques and shrink-wrapping at the completion of each load.

3. Stage product pallet, cart or load in truck based upon route schedule and stops.

4. Ensure product remains in satisfactory condition according to company standards through careful placement, transportation, and attention to detail.

5. Unload trucks and organize returned products, shells, pallets, and CO2 tanks.

7. Adhere to all requirements for warehouse equipment use, cleanliness and safety, follow all company safety policies.

8. Observe company safety guidelines and practices in every phase of work. Report all hazardous conditions, safety concerns, injuries, incidents, or property damage to your manager.

9. Regular and reliable attendance.

10. This is a safety-sensitive position. The employee has the responsibility to always be cognizant of their own safety and the safety of others, must have the ability to perform job functions in a safe manner, and operate company equipment and/or vehicles with good judgment and awareness of surroundings at all times.

What we need from you:

1. High School Diploma or GED Required.

It'd be great if you had some:

1. Warehouse, inventory, or stocking experience.

2. Forklift experience.

Work Environment

This job operates primarily in a warehouse setting, with occasional outdoor exposure during your shift. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as a hand-truck, electric and non-electric pallet jack, forklift, six-wheel, and box cutters.

What's my shift:

This is a full-time position with 40 plus hours weekly. The schedule is Sunday - Thursday, beginning at 5 pm; including mandatory overtime as necessary until all required work and loads are completed.

As a loader, you'll also need to:

All employees must meet company standards for pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Change is the only constant:
