Our Order Fulfillment Center (OFC) in McDonough, GA, is hiring for a Full-time Warehouse Team Member - Putaway position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Follow established procedures to complete tasks efficiently while meeting or exceeding productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Use available systems and equipment effectively to manage and process assigned workload.
  • Identify and report any issues that could impact customer service, safety, teamwork, or company operations.
  • Safely operate equipment and follow company safety guidelines.
  • Support other departments and team members as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership to maintain accurate inventory and efficient operations.
  • Restock and organize inventory by replenishing prime pick locations with products from Receiving, Retail, Returns, and Bulk.
  • Store and transfer products between bulk and prime locations to maintain efficient inventory flow.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Able to read English, perform basic math, and use scanners/computers.
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse
  • Equipment experience is a plus but not required-we provide training!
  • Comfortable working at heights.

Success in this role requires safely and accurately supporting multiple functions throughout the OFC while maintaining productivity, quality, and dependable attendance. Pay Rate: $17.70

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. (Overtime may be available on either a mandatory or voluntary basis, primarily during our summer busy season).
