Job description

This is an entry-level position reporting to the Food Services Director, Chef.  Responsibilities include food preparation and distribution, following an individual daily schedule, assigned checklist, and any miscellaneous assigned activities. It is a full time (40 hours per week) position, paid on a non-exempt basis.  Standard workweek will consist of a varying schedule of evenings, days and weekends.Benefits

Educational/Work History Requirements:

  • Minimal requirement High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to do math- addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Prior food service experience preferred.
  • Must either be or willing to be certified in food service safety.
  • Stamina and endurance for physically demanding business days.
  • Candidates should possess excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
