You will serve as a critical field expert, driving the successful execution of large-scale commercial waterproofing systems. Walker Masonry & Sons Inc is an established family-owned commercial masonry contractor with over 52 years of excellence and a 16+ month work backlog. As we expand our waterproofing division, this role allows you to take pride in quality workmanship while growing with a supportive team that values your individual contribution. You will have the autonomy to execute your tasks with precision and the security of stable, year-round work.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Install complex below-grade waterproofing systems in strict accordance with project plans and safety protocols.
  • Apply high-performance, above-grade weather barriers to protect structures from environmental elements.
  • Perform building and site caulking to ensure complete, high-quality sealants across project structures.
  • Prepare diverse surfaces and meticulously install waterproofing materials to prevent leaks and structural hazards.
  • Interpret detailed project drawings and technical specifications to ensure highly accurate field execution.
  • Maintain strict quality, site cleanliness, and safety standards to ensure overall project transparency and safety.
  • Coordinate tasks effectively with the crew to maintain strict project timelines and budgets.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated leadership or field experience specifically within the commercial waterproofing field.
  • Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed project drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience with building/site caulking, below-grade waterproofing systems, and commercial weather barriers.
  • Absolute reliability in attendance and the physical capability necessary for managing demanding field documentation and heavy construction work.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated mindset with a positive attitude and a strong, team-oriented work ethic.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Completion of a formal waterproofing apprenticeship program or equivalent field-certified technical training.
