Youngstown, OH | Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Friday Hourly Rate: $16โ€“$20/hr (Based on Experience)

The Backbone of Our Mobile Care Team

At All-Stat Portable, our clinicians canโ€™t provide life-saving bedside diagnostics without a fleet that is safe and equipment that is ready to go. We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on professional to join our Youngstown team as a Fleet & Equipment Support Assistant.

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts the efficiency of a healthcare mission, this is the role for you.

Why Join the All-Stat Team:

  • Stable Schedule: Predictable Mondayโ€“Friday hours.

  • Hands-On Environment: No sitting behind a desk all dayโ€”youโ€™ll be active and involved with our vehicles and technology.

  • Mission-Driven: Your work ensures that patients in our community receive the care they need.

  • Supportive Culture: We value reliability and hard work, and we provide the tools you need to succeed.

What Youโ€™ll Do

As the Fleet & Equipment Support Assistant, you ensure our mobile operations run like clockwork. You will:

  • Maintain the Fleet: Assist with routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to identify and report mechanical issues before they become problems.

  • Equipment Readiness: Help clean, organize, and prep specialized medical equipment for daily transport and use.

  • Inventory Management: Track parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring the team is always stocked and ready.

  • Operational Coordination: Support the scheduling of vehicles and maintain accurate maintenance logs, fueling records, and safety documentation.

  • Safety & Organization: Ensure all workspaces and storage areas are kept clean, safe, and professional.

What You Bring
  • Work Ethic: A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in fleet operations.

  • Mechanical Interest: A natural curiosity for how things work; basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep accurate records.

  • Physical Ability: Capability to lift and move equipment as needed in a hands-on environment.

  • Reliability: You understand that our clinicians and patients depend on your consistency.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

The All-Stat Advantage

Weโ€™ve been a leader in mobile diagnostics since 1978 because we value every member of our teamโ€”from the tech in the field to the support staff in the shop.

Our Benefits Include:

  • Healthcare: Employer-contributed Medical, Dental, and Vision.

  • Security: Disability & Life Insurance + Referral Bonuses.

  • Earnings: Competitive hourly pay with Overtime opportunities.

  • Balance: 2 Weeks PTO to ensure you have time away from the shop.

Ready to keep our mission moving?

If youโ€™re a reliable, hands-on professional who wants to be part of a growing healthcare support team, weโ€™d love to meet you.
