Enjoy a rotating 12-hour schedule — 6 weeks of days (7AM–7PM) followed by 6 weeks of nights (7PM–7AM) — offering variety and built-in work-life balance. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates!

We also have an exciting opportunity for a NIGHT Supervisor role available for the right candidate!

This organization provides a continuum of care—from emergency and acute hospital services to long-term, outpatient, and assisted living care—all within an integrated, technology-driven healthcare system.

As the Registered Nurse, You Will:

  • Support nursing care standards by adhering to existing policies and procedures

  • Attend unit conferences and contribute recommendations for improved resident care through the IDT process

  • Obtain and document comprehensive nursing histories from residents and/or significant others

  • Perform thorough assessments, identify changes in condition, and pursue further evaluation as needed

  • Recognize abnormal diagnostic data, communicate findings to the physician and care team, and integrate information into care planning

  • Contribute to the development of individualized care plans and ensure smooth information transfer between shifts

  • Include residents and their families in setting goals and priorities for care

  • Deliver safe, compassionate, and therapeutic care in alignment with established care plans

  • Supervise nonprofessional personnel and accept accountability for clinical care of assigned residents

  • Evaluate and document residents’ responses to care and update care plans accordingly

  • Maintain professional growth through ongoing education, reading, and participation in training opportunities

Pay & Benefits:

  • Very generous pay

  • Relocation / Moving Assistance Available
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • 401(k) with Employer Match

  • Short- and Long-Term Disability

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Electronic Charting

  • Life Insurance

  • Student Loan Repayment Program

  • Employee Exercise Access & Wellness Events

  • Verizon and AT&T Discounts

  • Nationwide Pet Insurance

Requirements:

  • Open to RN's with any level of experience, including new graduates

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
