Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker position focuses on providing therapy and clinical support to clients through virtual appointments. You will work with adults, families, or individuals facing mental health concerns, life stressors, relationship issues, or major personal transitions.

The role requires strong listening skills, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and the ability to keep care organized from intake through ongoing treatment. Each day will involve client sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients remotely for therapy appointments
  • Complete initial evaluations to understand presenting concerns and client history
  • Develop treatment goals that are realistic, trackable, and relevant to the client
  • Provide counseling support for emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
  • Review client progress and make clinical adjustments when needed
  • Maintain timely records, including assessments, notes, and care plan updates
  • Recognize risk concerns and follow proper reporting or escalation procedures

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
