Are you passionate about education, mentorship, and helping students overcome challenges? Florida Scholars Academy is looking for dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) facilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support students in small groups and one-on-one learning environments
  • Assist instructors with classroom management and student engagement
  • Help create a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment
  • Monitor student progress and provide encouragement and feedback
  • Assist with student intake, testing, and academic support
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and facility staff
  • Utilize technology and digital learning tools to support instruction

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s degree OR 60 college credits OR passing score on an approved Paraprofessional exam
