Job Description:

At Job Duck, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Case Manager to support a fast-paced legal team by overseeing the day-to-day progress of multiple personal injury cases. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring each case moves forward efficiently by coordinating tasks, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with clients and the legal team. You'll thrive if you enjoy managing multiple priorities, identifying potential issues before they become problems, and delivering an exceptional client experience through empathy and attention to detail. Monthly Compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist with administrative and case management tasks to support the legal team and ensure efficient workflow.

Maintain organized and up to date electronic case files.


Identify potential issues or delays and proactively communicate them to the legal team.


Gather, organize, and review case documentation for accuracy and completeness.


Support the case lifecycle, including client intake, investigation, evidence gathering, litigation support, and settlement preparation.


Manage the day to day progress of multiple Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution.

Prioritize multiple active cases while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.


Track case activity and document all communications within the firm's case management system.


Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in each case.


Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring a positive client experience.


Coordinate and monitor case deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.


Requirements:

Timezone: CST

Experience supporting Personal Injury cases is required.

Experience managing the full case lifecycle, from client intake through investigation, litigation support, and settlement, is highly preferred.

Ability to manage multiple active cases while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Comfortable communicating with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.

Experience coordinating with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties is preferred.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a legal team.

Expected call volume: Approximately 16 to 30 calls per day.
