• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that facilitate client understanding and participation in their recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with California BBS standards, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
• Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and community partners, to coordinate holistic treatment.
• Participate in clinical case consultations and staff meetings to share insights, gain support, and refine therapeutic practices.
• Assist clients in navigating community resources and support systems, advocating for their needs within various systems.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards, emphasizing client autonomy, dignity, and the right to informed choice in their treatment process.

The clients you will support come from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, including individuals affected by trauma, mental health disorders, and social justice issues. Your role will focus on providing care that respects cultural sensitivities, as well as addressing the specific challenges faced by underserved populations. By employing trauma-informed care principles, you will facilitate a safe therapeutic environment that promotes healing and resilience.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing within California.
• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical mental health services to diverse populations.
• Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and sound clinical judgment.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnoses, trauma-informed care modalities, and effective crisis intervention strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Mandarin, or others.
• Specialized training in therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, or somatic therapies.
• Experience working with underserved communities, school-based programs, or in community mental health settings.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems such as SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, or similar platforms.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
