This role is 100% remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for both the counselor and the clients. The position involves a hybrid approach to therapy that includes live interactions and on-demand resources, allowing for customized care tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based methods to guide treatment.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other mental health professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that enhance client welfare.
• Utilize integrated assessment tools and progress monitoring systems to evaluate client symptoms and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed.
• Engage in ongoing consultation and support from supervisory staff through regular drop-in sessions.
• Assist clients in setting and achieving personal goals related to mental health and well-being.

Your client base will primarily consist of individual adults of varying backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will address diverse issues, ensuring an inclusive approach that accommodates varied socioeconomic, cultural, and personal contexts. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• At least one year of independent licensure as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, particularly with adult populations.
• Ability to employ technology effectively in clinical practice, ensuring that digital tools enhance the therapeutic experience.

• A minimum of two years of recent experience providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions, notably within a telehealth context.
• A background in working with high-risk populations or clients with complex behavioral health issues.
• Strong willingness to treat a wide range of populations and mental health disorders with cultural humility and responsiveness.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, with additional bonuses based on performance.
