Love Joy Adult Day Health Care serves adults with cognitive, physical, or mental health challenges. We provide Maintenance Nursing care, Occupational/Physical/Speech Therapy, Social Services, and Activities in a day program setting.
We are seeking a full-time Social Worker to join our team. At Love Joy, the Social Worker is responsible for the provision of social services including assessment, care plan development and advocacy for each participant.
Position Requirements:
  • MSW or Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or Psychology with 2 years experience
  • Management experience is a plus. This position offers opportunity for advancement to a management role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Current CPR 
  • Physician's health clearance including a negative TB skin test and/or chest X-Ray
