General Summary:
Are you a dedicated and experienced VP of Distribution seeking a rewarding career with an organization that truly values its people? Key Emphases:
Executive position responsible for the engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance of the Association's electric distribution system. This role directs distribution design, line operations, and construction contractor performance to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of electric service. Departmental supervision is exercised over assigned personnel. Work is performed under the direction of the VP of Engineering/COO.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field;
  • Eight (8) years of progressively responsible engineering or operations leadership experience;
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience that allows the incumbent to successfully perform the essential job functions.
  • Washington State Professional Engineer (PE) license or have previously been a Journeyman Lineman as recognized by the IBEW.

Special Requirements:
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • 401(k) plan with employer match of 14% with 7% employee contribution
  • 20 hours of PTO per month, 0-4 years of service
