Job Description
Position Summary: Operates manufacturing equipment and machine pieces to meet product specifications; ensures fabrication accuracy. Operates within all established safety, environmental, quality, operational and financial goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.
  • Sets up fixtures and processes designs of new and existing parts
  • Cutting - Panel saw, table saw, band saw, trimming
  • Routing - Table and hand routers
  • Finishing - Sanding, shaping, buffing, polishing, flame polishing, joining
  • Forming - Drape forming, vacuum forming and line bending
  • Assembly - will include gluing and packaging
  • Maintains equipment to achieve production requirements
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment; notifies management of any issues or concerns

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of warehouse equipment, functions and processes
  • Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, saws and routers
  • Ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift
  • Good working knowledge of warehouse data systems
  • Solid communication skills and inventory skills

Education and Experience: Required and preferred educational and experiential qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years' experience in General Labor role
  • CNC certified preferred
  • Forklift certified preferred
