Planning ahead and delegating responsibilities are essential to maintain guest satisfaction and property upkeep during their absence.

How much do full time vacation property managers make?

Full-time vacation property managers typically earn between $40,000 and $70,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and the size of the property portfolio. Salaries can increase with additional responsibilities, certifications, and proficiency in property management software. Many also receive bonuses or commissions based on occupancy rates and guest satisfaction.

Is a full time vacation property management the same as a property manager?

A full-time vacation property management role typically involves overseeing short-term rental properties, handling guest relations, maintenance, and bookings. While a property manager may manage various types of properties, a full-time vacation property manager specializes in vacation rentals and often requires knowledge of rental platforms and hospitality standards.
