Job Summary
Provides hands-on, tier 1-2 IT support across multiple regional sites. This role balances remote helpdesk troubleshooting with local site travel to deploy hardware, resolve network connectivity issues, and maintain physical infrastructure. As the primary technical point of contact for field locations, this position is vital to minimizing operational downtime and ensuring staff have seamless access to critical systems.
Duties/Responsibilities
  • On-Site & Remote Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues both remotely and face-to-face at physical site locations.
  • Hardware Deployment: Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and specialized local equipment.
  • Connectivity Management: Perform basic troubleshooting of local site networks, including switches, patch panels, Wi-Fi access points, and internet connections.
  • User Provisioning: Handle physical IT setup and hardware configuration for new hire onboarding and site deployments.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise inventory tracking of physical assets and log all technical solutions in the internal knowledge base.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Strong hands-on skills resolving Windows 10/11 operating system faults, login/MFA issues, and workstation errors.
  • Networking Basics: Solid understanding of fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, cabling, and basic switch connectivity).
