Truck Driver Nation is seeking an organized Recruiting Coordinator to support CDL driver applicants throughout the recruiting process.

This role is centered on candidate communication, application tracking, scheduling, follow-up, and helping qualified drivers complete the next steps required for available opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Review incoming CDL driver applications

Contact applicants regarding qualifications and next steps

Schedule recruiting calls and interviews

Track candidate activity and status

Maintain accurate notes in recruiting systems

Request and organize required applicant information

Follow up with drivers who have incomplete applications

Help recruiters maintain an active and organized candidate pipeline

Provide professional candidate support throughout the process

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong organization and attention to detail

Good phone, email, and written communication skills

Comfortable using ATS, CRM, and online systems
