CDL-A FedEx OTR Team Driver | $1,800–$2,210+/Week

$1,600 Weekly Minimum Guarantee | Home Weekly | 2,100–2,600 Miles/Week | No-Touch Freight

Gamma Shipping is hiring CDL-A OTR Team Drivers in the Twinsburg, OH area for FedEx linehaul freight.

Earn $1,800–$2,210+ per driver per week, with a $1,600 weekly minimum guarantee per driver. The minimum guarantee helps protect your earnings when factors outside your control affect available miles or freight.

Have a teammate? Bring them. Don't have one? Qualified drivers may be matched with another driver.

Pay & Schedule
  • $1,800–$2,210+ average weekly gross per driver
  • $1,600 weekly minimum guarantee per driver
  • $0.80–$0.85 CPM
  • Approximately 2,100–2,600 miles per driver/week
  • Home weekly
  • Paid weekly by direct deposit
  • Monday night through Saturday afternoon
  • Dispatch approximately 11 PM Monday

The Job

You'll run FedEx Ground OTR team routes from our Twinsburg, OH terminal. Routes are primarily hub-to-hub with consistent miles and no-touch freight/drop and hook.

Terminal: Twinsburg, OH 44087 
Schedule: Full-time | Typically out Monday Night-Saturday afternoon, 1-2 days home
Weekend availability required

You must also meet one of the following experience requirements:

  • 1 year tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
  • 5 years tractor-trailer experience within the last 10 years
  • 6 months experience after graduating from a FedEx-approved driving school
