Radiologist Technologist, Radiology

Full-time 8:30a-9p $15k signing bonus (Full-time)

Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Radiology Technologists to join our dynamic team. We have openings for professionals specializing in Radiology Tech. The ideal candidates will hold relevant certifications and licenses, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality imaging procedures in your area of specialization.
  • Ensure accurate patient positioning and image capture for diagnostic purposes.
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment according to established protocols and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate imaging results.
  • Provide compassionate and professional patient care, addressing patient concerns and ensuring comfort during procedures.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and maintain compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
  • Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in medical imaging technology and practices.
  • Support the TEAM CARE model to ensure patient workflow efficiencies are met and patient satisfaction goals achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
  • Valid State of Florida license in the appropriate discipline(s).
  • Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
  • Proven experience in the respective imaging modality (e.g., CT, cardiovascular, IVR, mammography, multi-modality, radiology, ultrasound).
  • Strong knowledge of medical imaging technology, theory, and practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
