As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Activity Reporting in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a healthcare medical office location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing directions and assistance to patients and visitors as needed.
  • Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
